四年前，当时我还没认识元气SOUL，一位30多岁的年轻人，家有一妻一女，女儿还是小学生。做丈夫的是朋友心中的好好先生。他，不烟，不酒，不嫖，也不赌。
万万却没想到他就这样患上癌症，离开了年轻无助的妻儿。

追问下，得知他已多年，在工作午餐时，都会买食腌制品，“咸酸甜”。

我们虽然无法摆脱手机，电脑，汽车，电视等，但是我们还能改变生活作息，饮食习惯，把身体与精神调理至最佳状态。

Four years ago, when I still did not know SOUL, a 30-year plus man, with a wife and a daughter, a primary student. The husband is a so called GOOD GENTLEMAN on his friends' hearts. He does not smoke, drink, prostitution, and gambling.
Absolutely without a thought, he suffered from cancer, leaving his helpless young wife and children.
Why it is so cruel ? !
Through an investigation, realising that he has been consuming pickled foods, during lunch, for many years.
Dear friends, today's society, without cigarette, alcohol, prostitution and gambling, does not mean any healthier. Havoc diet & livestyle, environmental pollution could be your culprit sick too !
Although we cannot get rid of cell phones, computers, cars, televisions, etc., but we can still change our livestyle, eating habits, conditioning ourselves physically & mentally to the optimum.
We have a blessing SOUL in hand. Why not sharing out, instead enjoying the blessed selfishly ?
